As part of its keenness to protect the interests of its customers and to ensure that they enjoy services delivered to them STC, the Company issued another statement warning customers from anonymous local and international calls misleading customers by telling him that they have won a financial prize and that in order to receive it, they must transfer funds to a certain bank account or send the number of their recharge card or send other personal information such personal identification number for bank transfer or bank account.

Eng. Nawaf bin Saad Al Shalani General Manager of Corporate Communication at STC explained that such calls are misleading and the company has previously warned its customers in this regard after receiving several complaints that they have been subjected to exploitation and manipulation by anonymous callers.
